Chapel House Cottage is set in 1.5 acres of mature gardens overlooking the River Tamar, North Cornwall.
The Tamar Valley is considered to be an area of outstanding natural beauty and when you see the rolling hills and array of wildlife that have made this place their home you will understand why.
Easily accessible from the A30, the cottage is located between Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor, 4 miles from historic Launceston, 9 miles from the market town of Tavistock and only 30 minutes drive to the north coast.

Inside, you will find a large farmhouse kitchen/diner with integrated appliances, range cooker and Cornish slate floors, open plan lounge with stripped floors and log burning stove, upstairs there are vaulted ceilings, stripped wooden floors with sumptuous décor and furnishings throughout the property.
The Cottage sleeps 4 to 5 with a pretty twin bedroom and large master/family room.
Outside in the grounds there are many secluded areas in which to sit and watch the world go by and the serenity deck which overlooks the river and a great place for a barbeque.
